Covid-19 situation to all customers

Dear Customer,

During this time of exceptional uncertainty, all of us at SNA Europe are concerned about the health of our families, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and society as a whole. Since the beginning of this unfortunate event, SNA Europe has been taking all the necessary precautions both locally and globally to prevent and manage the effects of COVID 19: fully committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, while at the same time trying to maintain service to our customers.

In particular, we have followed all the recommendations of local and international authorities, such as the compliance of confinement guidelines, travel policy, implementation of teleworking, health safety at our centers, cancellation of events, among other measures, aimed at protecting the health of our employees and business partners and avoiding the spread of the disease.

With safety in mind some of our units are working with a reduced workforce, which is enabling us to continue our supply to you at this stage. Should the situation change drastically, we will keep you informed of the new measures in place.

We are monitoring new developments daily and adjusting our contingency plans accordingly as additional information becomes available notably from the World Health Organization, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the EU Health Security Committee (EU Commission) and the national governmental bodies, such as the Ministries of Health, Trade and Foreign Affairs.

We trust that the different exceptional interventions that are being implemented by governments, will be an effective measure to return society to its normal functioning as soon as possible and to provide the conditions for the economy to recover.
