We maintain a network of more than 100 service and repair facilities in 15 countries and, in addition, an internal support with three service and repair facilities in France, The Netherlands and Spain, where your tools will be maintained and repaired by qualified experts and with original spare parts. To get the best out of your tool and keep it working season after season, you need to take care of your secateurs, and we want to help you protect them. With proper service and maintenance of your tool, its lifetime will increase significantly and overall costs will decrease. For our BCL23 and BCL24 secateurs, a two-year warranty is given, providing the annual maintenance is carried out in one of the service facilities.

BAHCO WARRANTY
On BCL20IB, BCL25IB, BCL25TP and BCL40IB we offer one year warranty service from the date of purchase. On BCL23 and BCL24 we offer one year warranty and one year warranty extension from the date of delivery on condition that the annual maintenance is carried out in a certified service center after the first year. Consumables which are subject to “wear and tear” are excluded from the warranty.
SPARE PARTS & CONSUMABLES
We offer a full range of spares and accessories that are made available through our Bahco distribution and service network. They have a healthy stock of Bahco parts and will be able to advise you about wear parts replacement.
