Scope and Operational Control
Full Control Our Locations Our Environmental, Health & Safety strategy establishes compliance with all local, state and government regulations as the minimum requirement. All aspects of our manufacturing and services are evaluated.
Limited Control Our Suppliers We encourage our suppliers to adopt programs similar to ours whenever possible, and offer assistance to them in this endeavor.
Our Products We evaluate the impacts and influence of new product design and development processes.
Greenhouse Gases – We remain actively involved in identifying energy and resource conservation measures to achieve, where possible, reductions on resources at all of our locations.
Total Industrial Waste - We comply with all local, state and government requirements relating to the disposal of the industrial waste. We review our process and procedures periodically to minimize total industrial waste.
Recycle Waste – We establish improvement processes to maximize raw material yield and reduce recycle waste.
Environmental, Health & Safety
Global Safety Rates – We perform root cause analysis for every accident. We review and implement corrective and preventive actions as appropriate.
Fatalities and Serious Injuries – Our goal is to achieve zero associate and contractor fatalities and serious injuries.
Enforcement Actions & Regulatory/Permit Non-Conformances – We strive to eliminate and prevent non-conformances. We conduct annual assessments to identify and prevent non-conformances.
Diversity – All business enterprises have equal access to contracts and business opportunities.
Safety – We provide products that meet all applicable safety standards, and inform our customers regarding proper use of those products.
Design for Sustainability – We implement product innovation and design practices to reduce environmental impact.

Relationship with Suppliers and Compliance to Regulations
SNA Europe has established Procurement Policies in order to execute its social responsibility to conduct fair and equitable transactions throughout the supply chain. The policies cover matters including legal compliance, respecting human rights, labour, safety, health and environmental on matters such as risk control of chemical contents and information security. SNA Europe constantly improves its socially responsible procurement by obtaining the understanding and support of suppliers for the policies and building strong partnerships.
SNA Europe carries out fair and unbiased transactions by providing equal opportunities to all suppliers (including potential candidates) in accordance with its internal procedures. SNA Europe initiates and continues transactions with suppliers based on comprehensive evaluation criteria, which include compliance with laws and social norms, environmental protection, proper information security, respect for intellectual property, sound and stable corporate management, superior technological development ability, right price and quality and stable supply capabilities.
SNA Europe strives to secure right price and quality in order to provide its customers with stable supply of optimal products, which ensures that SNA Europe gains the full confidence of customers worldwide.
SNA Europe does not allow any employees to have personal-interest relationships with any suppliers.
